This is probably one of the most famous skylines in the world. It has appeared in so many films over the years and in that time it has changed in its appearance. Even now when I see pictures of the skyline when the WTC Twin Towers were still standing high and proud it sends a shiver down my spine when I think about how they came to fall.
In this picture you can see the construction of the new 1 World Trade Center abbreviated to 1 WTC but also commonly known under its previous name of ‘Freedom Tower’. It is the lead building of the new World Trade Center complex in lower Manhattan in New York City.
